Question:  Starting a national team is a huge undertaking. How does one start the process of  creating the Jamaican National Ski Team? 

Errol:  The Jamaica Ski Federation has been around since 1999.  They have been recognized by FIS since then.  So now we are just taking it one step further, and we are putting together a serious team that is going to go take on the world.  From one small little island like Jamaica, you can see special, powerful, and determinated people such as in Usain Bolt and countless others that have come from a very small island with limited resources and made their mark on the world stage.  We are now starting our journey to make our mark in skiing.

Question:  What are your personal goals for this season? 

Errol:  To send a message that we set out on this noble quest and journey, and we are going to go prove to the world that we can not only be here but win and hopefully be a dominating force in our sport

Question:  For the Olympics? 

Errol:  Being a skier since I was a little child, you always dream of winning an Olympic gold medal.  So, that is the goal.  It is going to be a rough and bumpy road on the way there, but I believe that it is trials and tribulations that make you tougher and stronger as a competitor, and I just want to take a pair of skis and show the world how far your dreams can take you
