1. Please send as many different home videos as you like to: Ski Channel Videos, 881 Alma Real Drive, Terrace 8 Pacific Palisades CA 90272. Videos will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
2. Entrants should include their return address and telephone number and the 2 forms.
3. All entries become the sole property of The Ski Channel and may be used in any manner in all
media. The Ski Channel reserves the right to throw away any videos and is not responsible for
lost, damaged or misdirected videos under any circumstances. Please keep a copy of your
submission.
4. All home video formats are acceptable (DVD, Hi Def, VHS, 8MM, Hi-8, digital video).
Home videos transferred to DVD or CD-ROM will be accepted provided they meet eligibility and broadcast requirements. 8MM film transferred to videotape is also accepted. Digital chips will not be accepted.
5. Videos that purport to be spontaneous must be so, or entrant must explicitly disclose the
circumstances of the taping at time of entry.
6. The Ski Channel reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission.
7. Ski Channel decisions regarding all contest matters are final and nonappealable. All
submissions are subject to the terms of these rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these
rules and Ski Channel decisions. The Ski Channel reserves the right to amend these rules at any
time. The rules in effect at whatever time the submission is judged will apply regardless of submission date.
8. Ski Channel may, in its sole discretion, take whatever measures it deems necessary or
appropriate to preserve the fairness and integrity of the contest.
9.Ski Channel may, in it’s sole discretion cancel the contest if Ski Channel doesn’t receive
enough suitable material to produce a program(s) and reserves the right if the contest is
canceled to not award any prizes, including trips, cash or merchandise.

Some of the most inspirational, amazing and hilarious footage is shot by John Q Public everyday on slopes all over the world. The Ski Channel is developing a number of programs that can use this type of footage.
Submission Guidelines:
Send in your most amazing, inspirational, hilarious or footage that you believe the world would want to see.
All video formats are acceptable
(VHS, 8MM, Hi-8, digi, Hi Def)
All submissions MUST be accompanied by both COMPLETED release forms.
