Empire Attire vs Showtime Lakers

Ponder the greatest starting five of all time and the 1985 Showtime Lakers come to mind.  To the quintet of Worthy, Scott, Magic, Kareem, and Rambis, Empire Attire answers with their own superstar line up: Simon Dumont, Candide Thovex, Colby James West, Peter Olenick, and Jossi Wells.  A quick rundown of the stats of Empire Attire’s starting five.

Simon Dumont.  World Quarter-pipe record holder.  Aired 35 1/2 feet out of a 38 foot quarter-pipe.  Think Dr. J dunking on Michael Cooper.

Candide Thovex.  First man of snow to land the Most Famous Ski Jump in History, aka Chad’s Gap.  Think Wilt Chamberlain as the first person to slam dunk a basketball in the NBA.

Colby James West.  Skills as big as his personality.  Or should it be said in the reverse?  Personality as big as his skills.  Think Pistol Pete Marivich court showmanship.

Peter Olenick.  Slopestyle guru, super-pipe master, and professional womanizer.  Think Shawn Kemp before he got fat.

Jossi Wells.  Achievements way beyond his 18 years; 16 of those spent on skis.  2008 World Superpipe Champ.  Think Derrick Rose embarrassing the older folks.

So the match-ups are set!   Empire’s virtual line up of Dr. J, Wilt Chamberlain, Pete Maravich, Shawn Kemp, and Derrick Rose versus the Showtime Lakers.  Who do you like?  Remember the ’85 Lakers wore those super short shorts, while Empire has clothing for you that won’t get you laughed at.  Advantage Empire!
