Winter Storm Dumps on the West

In the weather game, first comes the prediction.  Next, come the results.  Thankfully, those massive white blobs that showed up on satellite imagery Friday were indeed big ‘ol snow clouds.  The kind that deposit over two feet of fresh snow from Squaw Valley, California to Vail, Colorado.  And the winter storms hath not wraught the end of their glorious fury.  Folks at Mammoth are expecting another foot to be piled on top of the already bountiful 22 inches of snow that fell on the mountain over the weekend.  Mother Nature has flipped the conditions’ switch from "early-season" to "mid-winter."  Let us give praise!
