Report: New Home Sales Soar in June- Good News for Ski Towns?

There’s finally a bright spot to report in the bleak situation that is our nation’s economy: According to a report released today, sales of newly constructed homes went up 11 percent in June, with 384,000 new houses being sold during that time period.  Most economists had forecasted about 350,000 homes to be sold during June, so the numbers were very positive.
