Katherine Heigl in War of Words with Former On-Screen Love Interest

Park City aficionado Katherine Heigl is still in a battle with her former costar and also the director of her 2007 hit Knocked Up.  Both Seth Rogen, who was her onscreen boyfriend in the flick, and Judd Apatow, who directed the movie, still don’t understand why Heigl was so negative about the film in an interview with Vanity Fair back in 2007.  Heigl said that the movie “painted the women as shrews” and “it was hard for me to love the movie.”

The reason this conflict has arisen is because Rogen doesn’t understand how her new comedy, The Ugly Truth, portrays women in a better light.  In on scene of the film, Heigl has underwear on with a vibrator–and today on Howard Stern’s SIRIUS XM show, Rogen said, “That movie looks like it really puts women on a pedestal in a beautiful way,”

which was an obvious sarcastic comment.  We’ll see if we get a response from Miss Heigl!
