Are you a fan of hitting the slopes in California?

More like, who isn’t?

The great debate between experiencing deep pow in Tahoe or Mammoth is over!  Finally, good news for those who enjoy Tahoe and Mammoth – don’t choose one or the other, split your time between both!

By the time the winter ski season begins, Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be getting a daily flight to Mammoth Lakes, California.

Airport officials announced that Horizon Air will offer the flight Dec. 17 through April 11…just as Horizon Air added a daily flight from Los Angeles to Mammoth Lakes last ski season.

The 76-seat Bombardier Q400 will leave Reno daily at 4:30 p.m., and arrive at Mammoth Mountain at 5:20 p.m. A return flight leaves Mammoth at 4:20 p.m., arriving in Reno about 50 minutes later.

Officials say the flight will originate in Seattle, and make the stops in Reno and Mammoth Lakes before continue to Los Angeles.
