Mountain High Resort, in Wrightwood, California, has put together it’s first pro snowboarding team for the upcoming season, and is adding to it’s already stellar terrain park. The resort signed three high profile riders ti it’s pro team, Mark Frank Montoya, Cory Cronk, and Louie Vito.

Cory Cronk, a hometown hero, has been riding in Mountain High for more than a decade and has several features named after him in the new park, including the “Cronk Bonk”. Cronk is stoked on being part of Mountain High’s team, and the team intends to give back to the sport. The team plans to start a foundation to help underprivileged youth get involved in snowboarding. They sight the sport as having helped them navigate their own youths and battles and for having a positive effect on their lives. The athletes would like to share that perspective with younger kids who might not otherwise have the chance to experience the sport.
