Joanna Krupa on DWTS is over Terrell Owens but where’s Kristi Leskinen?

As The Ski Channel covered the Superstars this season with top skiers in the lineup, we followed the plight of Joanna Krupa and Terrell Owens and predicted that they would be beat out by the team of skier Kristi Leskinen and dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars. Well our prediction came true as they dominated the Superstars competition edging out skier Bode Miller and Paige Hemmis of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in the finals. We also pitched for Kristi to become Maks’ new partner on DWTS. Unforunately our dream of watching team Kristi and Maks on DWTS did not come true. Instead Joanna Krupa made the list for the upcoming season. How did Krupa make the list over Leskinen? Well it’s probably not from the hot factor as both are blessed in the looks department.

Perhaps the drama between Krupa and Owens gave her the edge over Kristi Leskinen. On the Superstars, Krupa was outspoken and extremely critical of T.O. questioning his athleticism and cockiness. She out diva’d the NFL diva himself. After their second premature exit from the show, Joanna told ESPN that Owens quit so he could film his own VH1 reality show. This contradicted the wide receiver’s explanation that he quit to concentrate on the Buffalo Bills.

Owens then fired a text back to Krupa asking why she was being a b—- and telling on him. She felt put down by the whole situation and has since erased him from her Blackberry Messenger saying that, “I don’t want anything to do with this guy because he’s a jackass.”

Joanna Krupa just might bring that extra little boost of controversy and drama to Dancing with the Stars.
