Danny Kass Busted Again in New Zealand

Danny Kass sure does seem to be making some enemies with Kiwi Peace Officers down South. Just days after a marajuana posession arrest, New Zealand police confirmed yesterday that Kass has been charged with public endangerment after attempting to drive his van straight up a popular ski run at Cardona Alpine Resort this week. And no, he was not under the influence at the time of the arrest.

At 9:30 am, Kass a two-time Olympic halfpipe silver medalist, allegedly got his van stuck in the soft snow of the MacDougall ski run. Cardona resort manager Gary Husband asserted, “He won’t be back” at the ski resort. Don’t worry Kass, we wish we could drive our wicked painted van up a ski run too. But maybe next time we can try it when there aren’t actually people on the slopes.
