Many details have been coming out about Jaycee Lee Dugard’s 19 years in captivity, and now, the two people who are responsible for the ordeal, have been formally charged.  Phillip Garrido and his wife, Nancy, will face 28 felony counts, including charges of kidnapping someone under 14 years of age, kidnapping for sexual purposes, forcible rape, and forcible lewd acts on a child.  Both Garrido and his wife could be imprisoned for life if convicted.  The Garridos kidnapped Dugard in 1991 as she was walking to her bus stop in South Lake Tahoe, which is home to ski resorts such as HeavenlyKirkwood, and Sierra-at-Tahoe.  Dugard is currently with her family at a Bay area hotel.
