Wolf Creek Ski Area Village Might Get Out Of The Ground After All

The ski village at Wolf Creek may get out of the ground afterall as a new plan and location is now taking shape.  The new location will move construction away from the wetlands that had spurned lawsuits from Environmentalists last year.

Wolf Creek is a very cool 7 lift ski resort in Southwest Colorado that gets great snow.   The proposed village will certainly make Wolf Creek a goto ski resort.  In 2008 Wolf Creek ski area had 451 inches of whiteness.  Lift capacity at Wolf Creek can get nearly 10,000 skiers up the mountain and the ski area is usually open from early November to early April.

Growth is cool!  We need to see more of it in the ski industry!
