In the days following his arrest, it seems like more unsettling details about Phillip Garrido’s life have been emerging at a rapid pace. Garrido is charged with kidnapping and rape of South Lake Tahoe resident Jaycee Lee Dugard, who he held in a backyard compound for over 18 years.  TSC reported last night that a bone fragment found in a neighboring yard is “possibly human” and, today, there is the news that a customer of Garrido’s printing business says that he recorded and handed out albums of love songs to young girls.

The lyrics of one song are: “The way she walks, yeah, subtle, sexy.  What can I do? I fall victim too.  A little child, yeah, look what you do.” Garrido wrote the songs while he was in prison in 1976 for previous convictions of rape and kidnapping.  He has pleaded not guilty to the raping and kidnapping charges related to Dugard.
