Another tale of alleged kidnapper Phillip Garrido’s past emerged today, as an ex-friend and bandmate of his has spoken out about his heavy drug use and sexual fantasies.  Garrido is accused of raping and kidnapping South Lake Tahoe resident Jaycee Lee Dugard and keeping her in captivity for over 18 years; although he has pleaded not guilty to all charges  Eddie Loebs, who played in a band with Garrido in the late 1970′s, said his drug use was out of control.  Garrido used huge amounts of cocaine, snorting three long lines at a time.  He also had a large sexual appetite that involved groupies, even though he was married to first wife Christine Murphy.  Loebs also said that Garrido’s arrest in the Dugard case didn’t surprise him, as he was headed for trouble much earlier in his life.
