It’s been a decade of big success for Mammoth Mountain’s Tommy Czeshin.  He podium-ed at 17 World Cups including six wins, was the overall Grad Prix champ two times, X games silver and bronze medalist, and a laundry list of other accomplishments.

Now it’s time for real life.  Czeshin is retiring.  “I have a bunch of businesses that I’m running, I have a family with two kids, a snowboard company called Humanity that’s very busy. I also have a wakesurf company called Crowley Wake.”

Jeremy Foster, U.S. Snowboarding Program Director, waxed poetic about the 2002 Olympian Czeshin saying, “”Tommy has been such a huge part of U.S. Snowboarding for over 10 years, and is one of the most accomplished athletes in competitive snowboarding.  It’s awesome to see him start up Crowley Wake along with all his other projects.”

Czeshin has a 2-year-old son and a newborn daughter who can now spend a little more time sitting on pop’s lap.
