World’s Tallest Man Revealed–How Does His Height Affect His Skiing?

Ladies and gentlemen, a new Guinness World Record holder is among us today. Sultan Kosen from Turkey stands at a mere 8 feet 1 inch. Shrimp. According to Guinness, he is now officially the tallest man in the world, taller than that one dude from China. Imagine having to get all of your clothes custom made, not being able to get in a car or walk in a store without ducking…and imagine never having a full time job or a girlfriend because of your monstrous height. That’s the kind of world Sultan lives in. My question is: how does his gargantuan size affect his skiing? My thinking is…the bigger you are, the harder you fall. He’d have a worse center of gravity, right? Let’s get Sultan up to Mammoth Mountain and see how he does with some skis strapped to him. If anything, it’d be a sight to see. Check out video of Sultan here.
