A lawsuit was filed against the Arizona Snowbowl by the Save the Peaks Coalition to stop the expansion of the ski resort on to land that local Indian Tribes consider sacred.  About 3 months ago the U.S. Supreme Court denied an appeal from those local Indian tribes that stated the treated waste water used in blowing snow threatened their religious beliefs.
The new suit by the Save the Peaks Coalition stated that the forest service did not contemplate the health risks of ingesting snow made from treated wastewater.
In lieu of face plants, all skiers there will be skiing greens.
