Nancy Garrido, the wife of alleged kidnapper Phillip Garrido, is somewhat of a mystery to many people.  Garrido is charged, along with her husband, with 29 felony counts relating to the abduction of South Lake Tahoe girl Jaycee Lee Dugard.  Today, an interview with Nancy Garrido’s two brothers, David and Rey Bocanegra, will air on “Inside Edition,” where David Bocanegra says his sister was “controlled” by Phillip Garrido.  ”It’s just really hard listening to people call my sister a monster…She’s really a good person…She was just controlled by Phillip,” he says.

The Bocanegra brothers said that the last time they spoke with Nancy was three years ago, and that it was very difficult to get in touch with her.  They do believe that she belongs in jail: “She knew right from wrong, and she needs to pay for what she did, ” Rey Bocanegra said.  ”She needs to get help…she belongs behind bars.”  Nancy Garrido is in jail now, waiting until her case goes to trial.
