Drink green tea, ski until you’re 120

The key to longevity has been sought after since man became aware of his own mortality. Let’s face it, death is a drag. It’s the one thing you should procrastinate. Is there pow in heaven? I’ll find out sooner than I might wish, until then, here is our best hunch to longevity. Ski or snowboard as often as possible, for extended periods. And pound large quantities of green tea. Green tea is an anti-oxident and has powerful longevity mojo. Drink some before your first run, drink some at mid-mountain, drunk some apres ski, and bathe in it at night. Live long, prosper, and ski until your 120!
