Alvaro Brito, a former employee at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, claims he was fired because of an incident at Ben Roethlisberger’s table in July 2008. Brito had asked to see identification for a woman sitting at the table with NFL quarterback Roethlisberger. A lawsuit was filed Sept. 25 against Harrah’s and it’s Lake Tahoe president John Koster but does not name Roethlisberger as a defendant.

The lawsuit may be related to a separate one filed by a former Harrah’s Lake Tahoe VIP hostess alledging that she was raped by Roethlisberger in July 2008 and that the hotel had covered it up. She did not report the sexual assault incident to police because she had been told that another employee had been fired because of a complaint by Ben Roethlisberger.
