Colorado Rockies take Ryan Howard and the Phillies skiing

The Colorado Rockies and Philadelphia Phillies game 3 of their National League playoff game has been called off due to snow.

Bummer for baseball fans, good news for skiers.  Loveland and Araphoe Basin both set historical records for earliest opening this past week.  It’s been seriously cold in Colorado.  Game time temps of what would have been game three between the Phils and Rockies was 20 degrees.  Hard to hit a 95 mph baseball in that kind of weather.

Instead both teams get a day off with game 3 rescheduled for Sunday.  Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard could soon be at your rental shop, asking for a goofy foot set-up.
