Getting cheaper lift tickets at Titus Mountain ski resort of late?  Maybe because their former ski resort manager, Zack White was tampering with meters to cut out their power costs.

A judge has ordered White to pay back $25,000 as well as another $15,000 for environmental charges from dumping untreated sewage that ended up in the Salmon River.

White will not go to state prison, but could get a few months in the local clink as well.
