The world-class Big Sky Resort is giving skiers and snowboarders another new option to refuel as the new Shedhorn Grill will open its doors for the 2009-2010 winter season. The new on-mountain restaurant is near the Shedhorn lift where Larkspur and the Middle Road ski runs intersect on the South Face of Lone Peak.

The Shedhorn Grill will operate daily once the Tram and Shedhorn lifts open, and is accessible from both. The facility will feature some of the local food for which Montana is known, such as bison burgers and bratwursts, and a wide selection of snacks and beverages.

The grill also has on-snow seating as well as 20 seats inside and another 20 on the sun deck where you can experience panoramic views of Lone Peak and Cedar Mountain.

Visitors can also enjoy other on-mountain restaurants like the Pinnacle Restaurant on the top of Andesite Mountain or Timber’s Restaurant, which is located near the Iron Horse Lift.
