USA Today praises Steamboat

USA Today in a story entitled “Second homes:  Steamboat Springs is more than a ski town” found nearly every good nugget to pitch to readers.  Starting off with the billion dollar urban renewal project and 30 million in ski resort improvements, Steamboat gets acknowledged about nearly everything.  Champagne Powder, snow depth, airport proximity, ratings from Ski Mag.  It is certainly great for skiing to see big media vehicles like USA Today to be praising one of the great ones like Steamboat.

The fact that you can get a nice place in Steamboat for a few hundred thousand dollars is very cool.  The fact that it could be a ski in/ski out is even cooler.  USA mentions that as well.  They also catch a lot of praise for all the Olympic athletes they have developed over the last few decades.  Big congrats to the PR people at Steamboat!
