Hurrah! The conditions have been perfect in Colorado’s Loveland ski area, and now enough snow has been made that they’ve decided to open up Chair 6 tomorrow. Take it away, Eric Johnstone, Snowmaking and Trail Maintenance Manager: “Our snowmaking system has been running great and we have been able to make snow around the clock for the past week or so.” Off of Chair 6 you’ll be able to ride Roulette, and the terrain park called Love Park.

There’s another storm a brewin’, and by the end of the day Wednesday, there should be more than a foot of snowfall at Loveland. Then, more snow through the Halloween weekend. Rob Goodell is the Director of Business Operations at Loveland: “We are a few days ahead of where we were last year and with new snow moving in, we are excited about the possibility of opening more terrain later in the week.”
