Mammoth brings a piece of the mountain to The Ski Channel office in LA

Just a few days after sponsoring the USSA fundraiser in Topanga Canyon and  building rails and a small hill for the kids to enjoy, the crew from Mammoth Mountain made another stop in Southern California.  Today, PR Manager Daniel Hansen and Videographer Amanda Carlson stopped by The Ski Channel office today, and brought a special gift–a chairlift! As you can see in the picture, it is an old double lift, but its origins are unknown.  We know that is not from Chair 9 or Chair 14, but for now, it is a mystery.  We are currently renovating one of our offices to become a studio, and this chair will serve as one of the places where we will interview future TSC guests. Thanks to Mammoth for being a part of our new set!

The fun did not stop there…we took Daniel and Amanda back to our post-production studio, where there is also a very extensive guitar collection.  As you can see from the picture, Daniel got to hold the guitar of the king of blues, B.B. King.  No word on if he rocked out like the legend, but he certainly looked like he could! Word has it that Mammoth will be opening again around Halloween…stay tuned for the official announcement!
