Creators of ‘South Park’ build eco-friendly home in Steamboat Springs

They created one of TV’s funniest animated shows–”South Park.”  And now, Trey Parker and Matt Stone have another awesome creation- an eco-friendly mansion in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  The house has ceilings made of timbers that were taken from a rail trestle, and it uses recycled carpet and in-floor, radiant heating.  The two men had visited Steamboat as kids, and wanted to build a vacation home there.  It overlooks Steamboat Ski Area, and each have master suites on opposite ends of the mansion.  Photos of the home are not available, but we’ll be sure to post one as soon as they are up.
