Why Alta is the place to be for women

Are you a woman? Are you a beginning skier, or maybe an intermediate one? If you feel like learning how to ski, or improving your skills, the Alta Ski area in Utah is the place to be this season. They’re offering a Women’s Ski Camp December 3-7. This is an add-on to their intermediate and advanced ski camp, but this one is just for beginners and intermediate skiers.

The 3-day camp is jam packed with the best instruction by coaches from Alta’s Alf Engen Ski School, along with breakfasts and dinners.  Ski equipment rentals are also included. While the camp is obviously full of skiing, there’s certainly some downtime where you can enjoy some bonding time with your fellow ski ladies at Alta’s Sitzmark bar, or perhaps a massage or sauna.

Intrigued? The camp cost is $1,349 per person for beginning skiers and $1,457 per person for intermediate skiers. If this sounds like it might be for you, then it’s for you. Don’t let your husband/boyfriend beat you down the mountain yet again!! This year, you leave him eating your snow dust.
