Ever since Jonny Moseley kicked NFL players’ butts in the post-season Superstars made-for-TV events in the late ’90′s, mogul skiers have been proving that they’re mega athletes. Now another bumps star is being recognized for his off-the-hill prowess: 2005 World Moguls Champion Nate Roberts. A long-time member of the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, Roberts has been lauded as one of the top 150 Athlete-Golfers by Golf Digest. And not only is ‘Nate-dawg’ up in the top 150, he’s in the top ten, ranked sixth.

The 27 year-old Park City-bred skier is focusing on the moguls for now (and has his sights on the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver), but hopes to play on the PGA tour when he retires from the slopes.

As for the top-seeded athlete golfer? That would be Mr. Tony Romo. An NFL star. But we’re pretty sure Nate could take him in an obstacle course, any day.
