A quick storm blew into to the Utah mountains yesterday and improved conditions for several resorts. Park City Mountain Resort reported up to six inches Sunday, on their second day of the season, and Snowbird received ten.

Nine fresh inches at Alta brings their base depth to 26 inches, and the resort is rethinking their opening date. Alta promised to release their opening date by the close of business today, though they said they likely would not open before Wednesday. Are they planning on a Happy Thanksgiving?

We’ll keep you posted.
