Jeremy Jones bags Antarctica line that is “one for the top of the trophy case”

Above is Mt. Francois, 9600 feet high in Antarctica.  Jeremy Jones called this peak “one for the top of the trophy case.”  We’ll all have to wait to see exactly what went down when Deeper, Jones two year film project with TGR, is released next fall.

The weather gods were cooperating, as Jones writes, “Louri (Expedition leader) then tells me out of his 80+ trips down here he has only seen the mountain a few times and that today is a one-in-a-thousand days.  It was clear to me that today was a day to get after something real.  It would be a “two axe” day.

Check out Jones’ full blog entry here.  The messiah of big mountain snowboarding will be bringing the most anticipated snowboard film in a long, long time.  I can not wait.  It will be all time.
