Lake Louise World Cup downhill training results

Training is still in progress at Lake Louise, though all of the Americans have skied their runs, and the overall frontrunners are unlikely to change at this point. Currently, Steven Nyman returned to the World Cup track in the top spot for the U.S. men, and is sitting in 22nd. Fellow comeback kid T.J. Lanning is in 29th, with Scott Macartney in 35th.

Didier Cuche of Switzerland leads for the men, with Austrian Michael Walchhofer in second, about half a second back.

Please note that these results are unofficial and only from training. Sometimes athletes take the course a bit more slowly, etc., depending on their training needs, and the conditions can also change due to weather. Come Saturday, it will be all engines go.
