Now that Charlie Weis is fired, what does the former Notre Dame football coach do?

Charlie Weis is a lucky man. Instead of guiding the Fighting Irish to a loss in a mid December bowl, he is now free to do what most collage and pro football coaches can only dream of, go skiing. And he has the greater fortune of picking an el nino snow year to suddenly receive the free time, cherry on top! Here is The Ski Channels suggested agenda:

1) Spend a week wrapping things up in South Bend, then get outta Dodge!

2) Enjoy Christmas 2009 skiing the early fluff in Colorado, visit Dan Hawkins for a brief summit.

3) Shoot up to Utah to ring in the new year with Utah’s finest POW, watch the Buckeye’s win the Rose Bowl.

4) Skip over to Jackson Hole to test your metal on Corbett’s, I don’t think you can even see the national title game there!

5) Send the offspring back to school while you head up to Big Sky for some quality self reflection and epic terrain, forget the Super Bowl.

6) Summon the offspring for spring break in Mammoth California, enjoy the deep el nino spring dumps! No spring training!

After what promises to be the best winter and spring of your new life, the mishap in South Bend will be a distant memory, at least for you.
