Roman Polanski confined to his ski chalet in Gstaad

As TSC reported earlier this week, director Roman Polanski has been released from a Swiss jail and into home confinement in his ski chalet in the celebrity ski town Gstaad, Switzerland.  Polanski made a bail payment to the court of $4.5 million, and that was enough to get him out of jail and into his 19,000 square foot home.  The next question is whether the U.S. will get its wish and have him extradited back to the country so that he can be sentenced for his 1977 rape conviction.
