Sugar Bowl ski resort has been teasing us, opening up for the past two weekends, but closing midweek. Well, Mother Nature has decided to stop teasing. Thanks to her, the resort has announced they will open up permanently tomorrow for the ski and snowboard season!

Last night, the resort got about three feet of snow, and the storms show no sign of letting up in California over the course of the week. Sugar Bowl expects another 10 to 14 inches by tonight.

On Tuesday, the White Pine, Mt. Lincoln, Christmas Tree and Jerome Hill lifts will be running, and Disney and Nob Hill will open up Wednesday.

Lift ticket prices: $66 for adults ages 23-59, $56 ages 13-22, $20 seniors ages 60-69 and for kids 6-12. Everyone else skis for free.
