Cold weather strains Rocky Mountain Power

Summer isn’t the only time to conserve power. The latest blast of cold air through the Rockies has put a big strain the Rocky Mountain Power supply, and they are asking people to cut back. A little common sense goes a long way in helping to ease the burden. Turn lights off when not in a room, use appliances in off peak hours, turn the heat down at night, or when you are out all day skiing. Ski instead of watching TV. Snowboard instead of washing the dishes. It’s the little things we can all do to help ease the load on the electrical grid. Conserve!
