When you’re standing atop Tom Wallisch, Sammy Carlson, and Bobby Brown, you’ve had a mighty fine day.  Andreas Hatveit, the man with the biggest backyard setup on the planet, topped the big names in slopestyle at stop #1 of the Winter Dew Tour (aka Totino’s Open).  The 2008 X Games slopestyle gold medalist captures his first Dew Tour win.

Under beautiful Breckenridge sunny skies, the 23-year-old Hatveit put together a run he’ll be telling his grandkids about.  Straight out of Norway and on to the top of the podium, Hatveit waxed about his experience, “Getting here [to the Winter Dew Tour] and watching the level of riding, I was just aiming to get third,” said Hatveit. “But I finally got my run together, and it was definitely the best run I’ve ever had in my life so I couldn’t be happier.”

Get psyched to see some serious creativity of athletic awesomeness, tonight at 11pm (1am EST) on USA Network.  Newschoolers always does a good blow-by-blow photo report, check it here.
