Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family and friends of Tammy Woodfin of Joaquin, Texas.

Tammy passed away on Christmas day when she sled into sign pole on a ski run at the Silverton ski area in Colorado. Silverton was closed to the public, but the Woodfin family saw others sledding and thought it would be OK. The accident occurred on Kendall Mountain.

Tammy Woodfin is survived by her husband, mother and two children. She would have been 40 years old on Sunday. May she rest in peace.
