The Pico Mountain Ski Resort in central Vermont has proved once again, that karma exists. What better way to be rewarded for your charity than with discounted lift tickets?

Skiers, snowboarders and staff at Pico raised over $2,000 to be given to the United Way of Rutland County, Vermont, as well as garnering up 1,000 lift tickets to the local Red Cross.

To anyone who donated over $20, Pico gave them a Pico Express card which not only lets you skip lines, but also gives you a lift ticket for $10-$18 below normal cost.

“We are excited to be able to give back to the Rutland community, and thankful for the guests who donated and helped make the weekend successful,” says Pat Ryan, Director of Sales, Marketing and Reservations. “We’re always happy to be able to partner with the community, and we look forward to our next opportunity to do so.”
