Colorado resident distributes phony Gatorade bottles with picture of Tiger Woods, says Unfaithful

In convenience stores from Longmont to Denver Colorado, phony Gatorade bottles are showing up in the aisles. They have pictures of Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren, and they have words such as “Unfaithful” scrolled across the label. Federal food safety inspectors are now investigating.

Inside the labels, you’ll find an email address that leads you to Jason Kay, a Longmont resident who said he did this to help a friend pull off a “pop art” project designed to stir controversy and discussion.

1,000 bottles were distributed. The Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Criminal Investigations is looking to charge the two “artists” with a federal tampering charge. Video below.
