Under house arrest in ski chalet, Roman Polanski sues French publications

He may currently be under house arrest at his ski chalet in Gstaad, Switzerland, but that’s not stopping famed director Roman Polanski from suing four French publications that printed a photo of him at his home from this past December.  Polanski’s lawyers are saying that the photo taken invaded his privacy, as it showed him standing at a window, with a little of his face able to be seen through the curtains. Polanski, who was arrested in Switzerland and is now under house arrest for his U.S sex conviction, is seeking over $200,000 in damages.
