                                          Sweet February vacation package deals at Vermont’s Smugglers’ Notch Resort

 
Smugglers’ Notch Resort in northern Vermont, recognized for its family programs for the 11th year by SKI Magazine readers, has added even more special fun to its value-filled Club Smugglers’ Advantage Package in February. Details follow.

 
Super Sunday Celebration

Kicking off the month is the Resort’s Big Game party on Sunday, February 7, for football fans. Smugglers’ Club Smugglers’ Advantage Package includes a free Big Game Football Party with seats in front of a giant 22-foot x 14-foot television screen and a half-time Super Sunday Snack Buffet with munchies that are crowd favorites. During Presidents’ Week (February 14-21, 2010), guests can relax and enjoy family games, sliding parties, skiing and riding all week long, and cap the holiday week with a grand celebration on Thursday evening beginning with the Resort’s Showtime Theatre presentation for families. In the evening, there will be a torchlight parade led by Smugglers’ skiing and snowboarding instructors, as well as a fireworks display with the snow covered Green Mountains as a backdrop. Also during Presidents’ Week, Smugglers’ will celebrate the spirit of the Olympic Games with fun competitions for the entire family to enjoy. On February 25, 2010, Disney FamilyFun Magazine teams up with Smugglers’ to bring a special Winter Carnival to the Resort’s Village Green. Music and live entertainment, face painting, interactive games, snow games, clowns, magicians, bonfire, giveaways and goody bags, and an outdoor barbecue are just a few of the afternoon’s highlights, all included in the Club Smugglers’ Advantage Package.

 
Special Valentine’s Day getaway:

For Valentine’s Day (February 14-19, 2010), Smugglers’ offers a package for two that includes mountainside studio lodging, daily three-mountain lift tickets, group lessons, indoor pool and hot tubs, and evening entertainment. The package also includes a gift box from Vermont’s own Cabot Creamery and Lake Champlain Chocolates upon arrival. The price for this package is $199 per person per night.
