Scary news from the Winter X Games in Aspen today as U.S. Olympic freestyle skier Daron Rahlves was taken to the hospital after a nasty fall in his opening skicross race.  Rahvles was in a qualifying heat when he lost his balance halfway down the mountain and flew off the course.  Initial reports are saying that he thought his hip was dislocated, but that he did not remember the fall. Rahlves is also believed to have feeling in his extremities.  The race at the Winter X Games was his final tune-up before his trip to Vancouver to participate in his fourth Olympics.
