One of the nicest guys on the FIS World Cup Freestyle Tour, U.S. Team athlete Sho Kashima injured his knee just days before the Deer Valley Visa Freestyle International. The 2009 U.S. Dual Moguls Champ was a shoe-in for the Vancouver Olympics, but will have to wait now until next season. No sweat, though, as next winter brings the World Championships, so Sho will have another chance to shine. A native of Texas and Westminster College student in Utah, Sho knows the ropes when it comes to American skiing. Here are his insider favorites:

Favorite Resort: Heavenly–That’s my backyard.

Favorite Run: Gunbarrel

Best place to find powder: Mott Canyon is the best run on a powder day.

Best apres spot: Fire & Ice is my pick for apres ski :)
