Two motorized planes had a mid-air collision in Boulder, Colorado.  One of the planes was towing a glider that was able to self-release and make its way back to the Boulder Municipal Airport.

Bruce Mygatt, Fire Chief Boulder Rural Fire, says in the clip above that the wreckage is in the middle of an open prairie.  The crash site is spread over 100 acres.  So far, confirmed are three fatalities, two at the site, one off the site.  The FAA will make a field search of the rest of the area, with the possibility of finding further fatalities.
