Got an extra $13 million burning a hole in your pocket and you love to ski the beav…well do we have a deal for you.  Gerald Ford, the President who was America’s biggest lifetime sport advocate as he was an avid skier, golfer and tennis player lived in this Beaver Creek mansion.  And the spread is supposedly off the hook.  It is nearly 12,000 square feet and loaded to the hilt with every amenity money can buy.

It is a ski in/ski out with the only heated indoor/outdoor lap pool in Beaver Creek.  It has 7 bedrooms, a fitness room, a theatre, a huge wine cellar, two kitchens, a heated patio and secret service quarters (converted to a game room.)  The pad has been marked down from $15 million.

It also includes a bunch of stuff the President left behind including his skis and jacket, a putter, a cowboy hat and miscellaneous items. Sell all that stuff and maybe you have the house for $12 million.  One of the few Presidents that was big into ski, Ford was the recipient of a personalized chair lift at Beaver Creek Ski Resort named Presidents Fords lift.
