The 2006 Tour de France winner was not Lance Armstrong, it was technically Floyd Landis. However he was later disqualified and banned for the next two years because doping tests revealed he had high testosterone levels.

Now, a French judge has issued an international arrest warrant for Landis, claiming he is connected with data hacking at a doping laboratory. The judge is curious about Landis’ involvement considering in 2006, the lab computers that revealed his high testosterone levels were hacked. The judge suspects the computers at Chatenay-Malabry were hacked in order to discredit certain findings. The suspicion has mounted against Mr. Landis.
