On a day Bode Miller wins his first Winter Olympics gold medal, perhaps Costas could have congratulated Miller on tying an Olympic record for the most medals by a male at a single Winter Olympics. Costas chose (b) other.
Costas recited a quote from Austria’s Benjamin Raich. In the original quote, Raich said, “I don’t know how to describe Bode because he is a crazy guy and the perfect skier.” Costas elminated the ‘guy’ in the Raich quote.
