Bode Miller is cutting his World Cup season short. Unlike 2009, Miller does so under vastly different circumstances. By any account, 2009-10 was a year of redemption for the greatest American ski racer of all time. Miller started the season slow, worked his way back into racing condition, and peaked at exactly the right time. After going 0 for Turin, this season was all about the Winter Olympics for Bode Miller. At Whistler on the Dave Murray piste, Miller pocketed a gold, silver, and bronze medal to silence all detractors (= Bob Costas).
