The fifth and final stop of the Freeskiing World Tour took place yesterday in Kirkwood, California. For the women, New Zealand’s Janina Kuzma took top honors, edging out Utah’s Angel Collinson by .23 points. Earlier in the two-run Final round, Kuzma had established a very thin lead margin, and managed to spread it just a bit larger during the Super Final round to take the contest.

As was the name of the game for ski contests all over the world this weekend, bad weather canceled the Men’s Super Final Round, so officials had to rely on results from Finals earlier in the day to determine final rankings. Based on those, Dylan Crossman came out on top, followed by Canada’s Aaron Schmidt.
